Return & Refund Policy

  • Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your return based on its condition.
  • Store Credit: Upon approval of your return, the purchase amount (excluding original shipping fees) will be issued as store credit, which can be used to purchase another piece of art on our website.
  • Processing Time: Store credit will be issued within [5-7 business days] of receiving and approving the returned artwork.
  • Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
